"I had Ackinclose and Son Plumbing and Heating replace my indirect hot water tank. Both Rick and Ben were knowledgeable and efficient in installing the tank and cleaned up after they were done. I also raised concerns about potential leaks as I know people who have had leaks in their house and Rick recommended that I install a leak detector and auto shut off valve. It was one of the best decisions that I made. Not only did it detect a continuing running toilet due to a stuck flapper, it gave me “peace of mind” and I got a discount on my house insurance!
