- 40-Gallon Rheem Electric Hot Water Tank: $1,400 for standard installation.
- 60-Gallon Rheem Electric Hot Water Tank: $1,600 for standard installation.
Looking to upgrade to an on-demand system? We can offer a 10% discount on the installation of a new Navien or Rinnai on-demand hot water system.

- Natural gas water heater rebates – save up to $3000
- Smart thermostats – save up to $80
Until October 31, 2024, Fortis BC is also offering instant rebates on the following products:
- LED light fixtures and controls – save up to $20
- ENERGY STAR air purifiers – save up to $30 per unit
- ENERGY STAR bathroom fans – save up to $25 per unit
- Water-efficient showerheads and faucet aerators – save up to $10 per unit
