"We met Rick Ackinclose, owner of Ackinclose And Son Plumbing, in 2010. He enters your home with a smile and listens to your plumbing concerns, and with untapped energy he does his work. Not only does Rick do a very thorough job but he looks ahead and while repairing the current issue he address one coming... In 2010 not even realizing or really appreciating the importance of this till now 2024 seeing the value and importance in this type of plumber. He has saved us big costly headaches I am sure. It is so nice to have a professional answer his phone and sets up a plan to deal with your concerns..he never leaves you in a dilemma. Rick has now expanded his company but this is not taking away from the personal care given as his approach is how they all seem to work. "I had Ackinclose and Son Plumbing and Heating replace my indirect hot water tank. Both Rick and Ben were knowledgeable and efficient in installing the tank and cleaned up after they were done. I also raised concerns about potential leaks as I know people who have had leaks in their house and Rick recommended that I install a leak detector and auto shut off valve. It was one of the best decisions that I made. Not only did it detect a continuing running toilet due to a stuck flapper, it gave me “peace of mind” and I got a discount on my house insurance! I appreciate the follow-up and will continue to recommend them to friends and family. Thank you again :)"
